Stop bath - Water 2' - 3' (Dump water and agitate 5x)
Final wash 20' with water (Dump water and agitate 5x then leave to overflow)

Ilford does not recommend a presoak. From the company's website:
"We do not recommend pre-soaking films prior to development since there is a small chance it can lead to uneven development."
