Initial agitation - 5 inversions in 5 seconds, then 5 inversions every 30 seconds. Rotate the tank 1/2 turn every few cycles. Don't worry if it takes 6-7 seconds to do the 5 inversions; the idea is to just flip the wrist without doing an up and down movement. This is the Kodak recommended method, and eliminates negative edge lightening and sprocket shadows while giving full contrast and shadow exposure. Use water stop bath, as Fomapan tends to get pinholes when acid stop bath is used. Fix as per normal.
