Start timing when pouring in developer. This is one shot dilution. Dont use it again. 1. Presoak in tap water for 2 minutes 2. Develop as stated, agitate 3. Rinse with tap water 2minutes 4. Fix it (4 minutes in rapid fixer) constant slow agitation 5. Rinse with tap water 10minutes 6. In separate bowl pour tap water and add few drops of baby shampoo 7. Soak in it for 1 minute 8. Rinse with water. 9. Take film off spool and let it dry for 1h at least.
